CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR / PURCHASING MANAGER (OCC 11.3061)

Writes, review, manages, sale, purchase and other commercial contracts;
Writes, analyze, terms and conditions;
Conducts negotiations, mediations, sales and purchase relationships;
Make estimations and previsions of projects and agreements;
Support sale and purchase departments and legal counsel;
Act as a liaison between legal counsel and the other sale and purchase executive of North America, Latin America, China and Europe;
With legal counsel supervision represents the company in legal issues and before Governments agencies;
Maintains and organize contract related documentation and tracking system through the entire process and prepares status reports;
Ensure contract priorities are set and are coordinated with inter-department/intra-department project requirements;
Prepares proposals and bids;
Prepares project schedules;
Investigate and analyze available and viable resources and develop technical specifications;
Writes report, manuals, business correspondence;
Prepare financing projects and investments schedules;
Coordinate with vendors, contract requestors, legal, and finance departments in processing contracts from request stage to fully executed contract stage;
Evaluates contract proposals, prices and negotiations;
Assists sales organization in providing technical and administrative product information;
Maintaining and providing updates to current Contracts, Pricing Approval processes, Terms and conditions, quote forms, Pricing Worksheet and all related forms and distributing as needed;
Maintains an effective, professional working relationship with internal customers and product development groups;
Provides input on new market opportunities;
Develop relationships with various key personnel at selected targets;
Assists with development of new sales tools and sales process to positively impact sales;
Other responsibilities as assigned.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

LL.M. degree from top Law School, accountant degree and education are appreciated
Legal education with 2 years of experience, more experience in accountant is considered
Working knowledge U.S and Mexican Judicial and Business systems
Working knowledge of real estates development and building system
Training in legal/business issues related to Contract Management in Mexican plants for 6 months
Fluent in English and Spanish, proficiency in other languages is appreciated
Proficient in PC HW maintenance, MS Office use and LAN management
Excellent communication skills and Inter-departmental teamwork, effective project management and organizational skills, detailed oriented and ability to work under pressure with multiple priorities, self organization skills
Availability to work in San Diego and Tijuana Offices and to travel to foreign branches and offices
